Terms and Conditions

1. Applicability

1.1 The General Terms and Conditions below apply to all offers and transactions of SLS Restaurant. Prices are subject to change.
1.2 By accepting an offer or making an order, the consumer expressly accepts the applicability of these General Terms and Conditions.
1.3 Deviations from that stipulated in these Terms and Conditions are only valid when they are confirmed in writing by the management.
1.4 All rights and entitlements stipulated for SLS Restaurant in these General Terms and Conditions and any further agreements will also apply for intermediaries and other third parties deployed by SLS Restaurant.

2. Quality

The restaurant guarantees that all the products offered meet the standards of the concept.
If there are any complaints the management needs to be informed immediately. Appropriate actions will be taken as soon as possible.

3. Prices/offers

3.1 All offers made by SLS Restaurant are without obligation and SLS Restaurant expressly reserves the right to change the prices, in particular if this is necessary as a result of statutory or other regulations.
3.1 All prices are indicated in Indian Rupees, excluding GST.
3.3 In certain cases, promotional prices apply. These prices are valid only during a specific period as long as stocks last. No entitlement to these prices may be invoked before or after the specific period.
3.4 SLS Restaurant cannot be held to any price indications that are clearly incorrect, for example as a result of obvious typesetting or printing errors. No rights may be derived from incorrect price information.

4. Cancellations

You must notify the us immediately within 5 minutes of ordering if you decide to cancel your order, preferably by phone, and quote your order number. If the restaurant accepts your cancellation, no cancellation fee applies. If the restaurant refuses cancellation, (e.g. preparation of order placed by you has been completed and/or delivery personnel has already been dispatched), we will not be able to refund any order, which has been already dispatched. As a general rule, you shall not be entitled to cancel your order once you have received confirmation of the same from the restaurant. Usually, this is within 5 minutes of placing an order.

If the cancellation was made in time and once the restaurant has accepted your cancellation, we will refund or re-credit your debit or credit card with the full amount within 24 hours which includes the initial delivery charge (where applicable) which you paid for the delivery of the food items, as applicable. We may cancel a contract/order if the product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made.

However, in the unlikely event of an item on your order being unavailable, we will contact you on the phone number provided to us at the time of placing the order and inform you of such unavailability. In such an event you will be entitled to cancel the entire order and shall be entitled to a full refund.

In the unlikely event that we deliver a wrong item, you have the right to reject the delivery of the wrong item and you shall be fully refunded for the missing item/order within 24 hours by us.

5. Payments

5.1 All prices are including GST.
5.2 Methods of payment we accept: Cash, Online Payments, UPI, 5.3 You will not receive confirmation of your definitive booking or order until your payment has been approved.

6. Other provisions

6.1  If one or more of the provisions in these Terms and Conditions or any other agreement with SLS Restaurant are in conflict with any applicable legal regulation, the provision in question will lapse and be replaced by a new comparable stipulation admissible by law to be determined by SLS Restaurant.
6.2  The law of the India applies to all agreements entered into with or concluded by SLS Restaurant. Any disputes arising directly or indirectly from these agreements will be exclusively settled by the Court of Manali.
